1. Acceptance and permitted use
By accessing AdamNemeroff.com, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. You may use the Site for lawful personal purposes related to real estate information and contacting Adam Nemeroff.
You may not scrape, harvest, copy, frame, redistribute, or commercially exploit listing data; interfere with Site operation; attempt unauthorized access; submit false or unlawful information; impersonate another person; or use the Site in a way that violates applicable law or another party's rights.
2. About the Site
The Site is operated for Adam Nemeroff, REALTOR®, Maryland real estate license #635398, and The Nemeroff Team, affiliated with Northrop Realty. Office: 2580 Quarry Lake Drive, Baltimore, MD 21209.
The Site provides general real estate information, property pages, home-value request tools, educational material, and ways to request follow-up. Content is not legal, tax, lending, appraisal, inspection, insurance, or investment advice. Consult the appropriate licensed professional for advice about your circumstances.
3. Property listings, Bright MLS, and IDX information
Property information may be entered by the Site operator or obtained from an authorized listing, MLS, IDX, brokerage, or public source identified on the relevant page. If Bright MLS or another data provider is identified, its displayed attribution and use restrictions apply.
MLS/IDX information is provided for consumers' personal, non-commercial use to identify properties they may be interested in purchasing. It may not be republished or used for another commercial purpose. Listing status, price, availability, square footage, boundaries, taxes, fees, school information, measurements, images, and other facts can change or contain errors. Information is deemed reliable but is not guaranteed. Verify material facts with the appropriate source and real estate professional before relying on them.
A property appearing on the Site does not necessarily mean Adam Nemeroff or The Nemeroff Team is the listing broker or represents the seller. Representation information shown on an individual property page controls. Equal Housing Opportunity.
4. No agency relationship from Site use
Viewing the Site, using the AI assistant, requesting a showing or home value, or sending an inquiry begins a conversation only. It does not create a brokerage, agency, fiduciary, buyer-representation, or listing relationship. Any representation relationship requires a separate written agreement signed by the relevant parties.
5. AI assistant
The Site's AI assistant uses automated systems and may send your recent messages and relevant property/business context to OpenAI through a server-side API when that service is connected. AI output may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect and must not be treated as a substitute for verified property information or professional advice.
The assistant cannot enter an agreement, bind Adam Nemeroff, Northrop Realty, a seller, or a buyer; confirm availability or a showing; or provide legal, tax, lending, appraisal, inspection, insurance, or fair-housing advice. Important facts and decisions should be confirmed directly with Adam or the appropriate licensed professional.
6. Inquiries, calls, email, and SMS
When you submit a telephone number, email address, or message, you request a response about that inquiry. The Site does not currently enroll form submitters in a recurring automated promotional text-message program. Adam or a team member may respond personally by call, email, or text using the contact information you provided. Message and data rates may apply. Tell Adam if you do not want a particular contact method.
Submitting a form is not a condition of purchasing a property or real estate service. Do not send confidential financial records, account credentials, Social Security numbers, or government identification through public forms or AI chat.
7. Fair housing
Adam Nemeroff, The Nemeroff Team, and Northrop Realty support the Fair Housing Act and applicable Maryland and local fair-housing laws. The Site will not provide neighborhood guidance that steers a person based on protected characteristics. Visitors should evaluate objective property and community criteria that matter to them.
8. Intellectual property
The Site's original design, branding, text, code, and media are owned by or licensed to Adam Nemeroff, The Nemeroff Team, Northrop Realty, or the credited rights holder. Listing data and photography may belong to brokers, MLS providers, photographers, sellers, or other licensors. REALTOR® is a registered trademark of the National Association of REALTORS®. No rights are granted except the limited right to view and use the Site as permitted by these Terms.
9. Third-party services and links
The Site may link to Northrop Realty, social networks, map providers, listing sources, and other third parties. Those services are independent and their content, availability, security, and privacy practices are governed by their own terms. A link does not guarantee or endorse every statement on the linked service.
10. Availability, disclaimers, and limitation of liability
The Site and its content are provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no warranty is made that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that information will be complete, current, or suitable for a particular transaction.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Adam Nemeroff, The Nemeroff Team, and Northrop Realty will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising solely from Site use, reliance on unverified content, third-party services, or temporary unavailability. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
11. Governing law and changes
These Terms are governed by Maryland law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The Terms may be updated as the Site or applicable requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version; continued use after an update is subject to the revised Terms.
